Minor Placenames of the Gleann Átha area, Co. Donegal
This collection consists of minor placenames in the river valley of the Gleann Átha river in north-western Donegal, which runs north from the foot of Mount Errigal and meets the sea at Ballyness Bay near the village of Gort an Choirce. This collection is the result of research conducted by Oisín Goodman in 2020 for his MA thesis ‘Mionlogainmneacha Cheantar Ghleann Átha, Contae Dhún na nGall’ (‘The minor place-names of the Gleann Átha area, County Donegal’).
